First & Foremost,
Lasik Is Never Going To Be Safe
& Doctors Need To Start Informing Each Potential Patient That The
Flap Never Heals & About Dry Eye Becoming An Issue For Just About
Everyone.
You are "electing" to cut the phone lines that go from
the Eye to the Brain, and most get damaged by Lasik and
never regain the connection, so now when your Eye sends
a message to your Brain "that your eyes are dry and for
your Brain to send some tears," your Brain doesn't
answer because there is now NO FULL CONNECTION
RESTORED!!
You are still dealing with an imprecise corneal or
aberration map, laser program, registration, alignment,
pulse delivery, tracking system, etc, etc. and the
variability of human tissue including biomechanical
response, hydration, healing response, etc...Most
doctors push Lasik because it is a fast 10 minute procedure that
is most PROFITABLE TO THE DOCTOR, & the Doctors know that it causes
more harm to the patient's Cornea!!
THE DOCTORS KNOW THAT MOST PATIENTS WOULDN'T WANT TO DO "PRK/TRANS-EPI/LASEK"
type of procedures because it would be so much "harder to
sell" to the patients & that the doctors know that most
patients would have to do (1) eye at a time over the course
of 1-2 years, & that would hurt their greedy wallets now
wouldn't it!! God forbid they have to drive a Honda!!
Think about the underlying values, ethics, & level of
integrity.
I
don't even know any of you, but I care that much about you
and your families! Dr. Nicholas Charles Caro, tried to
"quiet me" by trying to sue me to the tune of $2 million
dollars (

$2 million AFTER patient complains to authorities!
) on September 20th, 2005 because I listed lawsuit
after lawsuit after lawsuit about this SICK man, & I sure would
have been interested to know these statistics (poor ones)
prior to having him perform any type of surgery on anyone I
know or love, not to mention for my own well being.
I
and many of thousands of others like me all over the world,
already know that Lasik is NOT good for you and we all are
actively spreading the news so that you know the truth.
But many doctors don't like the idea of this because it is
hurting their business profits & their "country club
lifestyles," in that the Lasik Doctors believe
it's okay to make money on misery.
In other words, some of these Lasik Doctors would rather "take the risk on
ruining your eyesight knowing what really happens," rather
than taking the time to tell you all of the facts, properly
change new blades for each eye and not reuse them on other
patients to save $60 bucks, & perform all of the right tests
so that every patient is treated the way the doctor would
want to have been treated, versus rushing patients through
the procedure in 10 minutes like a herd of cattle going
through the "slaughter house."
And NOT perform Lasik & start
encouraging other surgeons to do the right thing too!! Lead by
example!!
GREED IS NOT
GOOD HERE IN AMERICA, AND THIS IS TERRIBLE!!
Just because
one doctor wants to play "BIG SHOT" by running big Lasik
volumes through ones own practice to try to impress upon his
peers "HOW WELL HE'S DOING," is really demonstrating "HOW
MISERABLE OF A PERSON HE/SHE" is...
How someone can make a
"trade off" with the DEVIL is beyond my understanding and
integrity. But this is the case. On one hand you
have MONEY, and on the other hand you have ONE'S ENTIRE
FUTURE FILLED WITH BIRTHDAYS, WEDDINGS, SPECIAL EVENTS,
SIGHTS OF BEAUTIFUL, TRAVELS ABROAD & all done with your
only SET OF EYES...Don't ever deprive someone of this!! Unfortunately, many doctors in America know that most of us
are "gullible" & want the "magic pill" instead of doing the
tough things in life like suffer with "contacts or glasses."
Many of these Lasik Doctors FEED on this by making
promises of 20/15 vision, flat out lying to patients, spending more
time on swiping the patients credit card for $3,000 a pop, when they
should be spending the quality of time informing their patients
about the seriousness of the decision at hand in allowing a Lasik
Doctor to permanently damage the nerve tissues of one's own cornea &
creating a FLAP that never heals!!

in your life, a Post Lasik patient, will develop this...not
to mention the HOA's which stands for "Higher Order
Aberrations" which are mostly induced by Lasik...Don't
ever plan again on opening your eyes under water in a

really begin to feel what "DRY EYE PAIN" feels like...
Secondly:
Lasik in my opinion, is the worst thing that you could do to
alter your virgin eye by electing to make it irregular...Any Lasik
Doctor that does this procedure on his own children, to me,
clearly does NOT understand what the detriments and long
term effects are regarding Lasik.
Is
this the FDA's Fault you ask? Probably so! The Lasik Epidemic is simple in that there are a lot of good Lasik
Doctors and that there are a lot of poor Lasik Doctors, but even then a
good doctor is going to have mistakes because the procedure
itself is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
Europe is ahead of the USA in terms of
Laser Refractive Surgery. Most of the best clinics do NOT offer Lasik anymore, but only do "surface treatments." Why is this you
ask...We "have had it" with the phony-greedy Nick Caro
Family's of the world that think it is okay to "lie, cheat and
steal" from patients, because they have a title called "MD or
Doctor."
But then these same doctors cry like a bunch of
babies and complain about websites
such as this one because we "expose" a "liar" for what they
truly are and then have them investigated by every department to the
